iHelpBD is serving Call Centre service to IFIC bank for a long period of time. It started in 2012 by providing call centre support service in inbound and outbound calls. In 2019 iHelpBD updated its service by providing IVR based support system, CVS account data, card information, CMS integration, ticket management system. At present IFIC bank hotline number is 16255.
International Finance Investment and Commerce Bank Limited (IFIC Bank) is banking company incorporated in the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh with limited liability.
